Golf Courses
The K Club is home to two Arnold Palmer designed parkland courses – The Palmer North Course, famous for hosting the 2006 Ryder Cup matches and multiple Irish Opens and the Palmer South Course, which also hosted 2004 and 2007 European Opens.
Arnold Palmer did a great job of creating good golf courses on relatively flat land, incorporating the meandering River Liffey throughout, particularly on the North Course where it comes into play often.
The K Club is also within an easy drive of several other excellent golf courses, particularly the links around Dublin such as Portmarnock Old, The Royal Dublin Golf Club and The Island Golf Club.
